The freezer challenge continues! That means I’m using up ingredients that have been ignored for too long. The other week it was raspberries that I found and used in this delicious No Bake Almond Raspberry Slice.
Who is going nuts for frozen nutty treats? I surely am! 🙂 And I’m totally loving those walnuts lately. And it’s so hard to say no when an idea pops up that combines walnuts, chocolate and vegan ice pops! Yum!
This is one of those recipes that came to be because another recipe idea didn’t exactly turn out the way that I expected. I was working on some aquafaba chocolate ice-cream as well as mousse. But it suddenly seemed a much better idea to actually try some ice-pops with it. A very good idea! 🙂
This is one of my favourite ice-pop recipes and I want to share it with you! Berries and vanilla play sooo well together (in fact I love that flavour combo so much that you can find several recipes on this blog).
Not long ago I made these Chocolate Hemp Ice Pops, which had a surprising creamy texture and a very unique flavour. Loaded with Omega 3 and sweetened only with fruit, they make for a very special, healthier treat.
New season, new crop. I do miss summer already, but I love how each season has it’s own very special harvest. For example figs. Yummy and such healthy little things. I’ve had a few dishes containing figs in the last week.
