Pancakes! Some have them for breakfast, some for afternoon coffee break, he he. They actually make a nice lunch box treat too.
When it comes to recipes on my blog, I’m always open to suggestions and ideas. The other day someone asked me: can’t you do something with raspberries
It’s summer here in New Zealand and this year I have been super successful with growing my own raspberries. It’s such an amazing feeling to got out into the garden and to pick a whole bowl

Lately I’m really on a roll when it comes to creating new recipes for no-bake cakes! This time I’ve tried a nut-free version again.
This is one of my latest raw cake creations. I’m so in love with the colors! And the flavours! It takes a little more time to make but the colors and flavours are just too amazing, it’s worth it! 😉
