I have moved on from the pantry challenge to the freezer challenge, meaning I’m using ingredients that have been in there a little too long.
It’s winter here in New Zealand, but we have reached the point where days are getting longer again. Yay! Am I too early to be thinking about vegan ice cream?! Well, I love my icy treats no matter what season.
While I already have a recipe for raspberry ice-cream, or should I say nice-cream on my blog, this recipe here is rather rich and extra creamy. It’s a real eye candy too 🙂

Yes, my relationship with fruity flavours paired with chocolate is still growing. It is actually doing pretty well and I’m becoming more confident with it.

This is one of my latest raw cake creations. I’m so in love with the colors! And the flavours! It takes a little more time to make but the colors and flavours are just too amazing, it’s worth it! 😉
